Our beef comes only from trusted sources in either England or Scotland.
Traditionally, Scottish beef is some of the most flavoursome and tender beef in the world.
Our locally reared English beef comes from Barracks Farm in East Horsley which was established in 1760.
Once it arrives on our premises, we hang our meat for at least 14 days.

Dry ageing allows connective tissues to break down. This happens most effectively in a Dry aged Fridge equipped, with humidity control and UV lighting which ensures your beef has a full and rich flavour without losing any tenderness.
